Even though today's newspapers make tomorrow's fish and chip wrappers, it's still always nice when you find yourself mentioned in the media...

Quantum's Principal, Olivia Stefanino has written for a number of print publications - including Today's Therapist, Gay Times and Yoga Magazine - as well as on-line forums such as HR Training Zone. 

Her guided visualisation CDs have been featured in a number of UK national publications - from Natural Health to Red Magazine and Olivia was recently featured in The Guardian newspaper.

On the international scene, her book, "Be Your Own Guru - personal and business enlightenment in just 3 days!" has been featured in The  publications from Memphis to Mumbai.

As well as writing, Olivia has been a guest on more than 20 radio programmes and is currently exploring her first foray into television.
