Olivia Stefanino
Founder and Principal of the Quantum Business School for Therapists, Olivia Stefanino is a leadership consultant and author of the internationally acclaimed book, “Be Your Own Guru”.
Originally trained as journalist, Olivia went on to own and edit two business magazines before deciding to follow her heart and change careers. As well as training in NLP, Hynotherapy, Time Line Therapy and Emotional Intelligence, Olivia also pursued her interest in more esoteric healing systems and has studied Wei Chi Tibetan Reiki and is a Master in both Karuna and traditional Usui Reiki.
Olivia was guided to set up Quantum when she realised that there were so many therapists who, despite being excellent at what they do, were struggling financially. She brings to the organisation a wealth of business knowledge combined with her wide ranging experience as a therapist.
As well as working with individuals, Olivia has also been working successfully – for nearly a decade - with both blue chip organisations and SME’s, using her proven leadership programmes. Together with her coaching and training courses, Olivia is regularly invited to fulfil a variety of speaking engagements - from keynote speeches to leading interactive workshops. A member of the Public Speakers’ Association, Olivia’s style is described as “passionate, engaging and life-changing.”

Olivia not only retains her links with journalism through her regular column called “The Business Doctor”, which she writes for a number of national and international publications, but she’s also been interviewed many times on radio. As well as writing her book, Olivia has also recorded a number of guided visualisation CDs, which have been featured in national magazines.

Paul Worpole
Paul Worpole is a professional photographer who originally trained as a graphic designer - but as well as his artistic side, he's passionate about the science of building new businesses!

Having also spent many years in the world of financial services, Paul brings with him to Quantum a wealth of business experience in both sales and marketing.
As well as his passion for taking unusual portraits, Paul is also an accomplished therapist in his own right. Gifted with psychic abilities and intuitive understanding, Paul is a healer in Reiki and a dowser, who specialises in geopathic stress.

Michael de Groot
Determined to pursue his passion for health and personal development, Michael has launched a dynamic programm
e called “Staying Alive!” – which offers a new and innovative format for introducing health and wellness into individuals’ lives. The programme has proved extremely popular with both individuals and enlightened companies - which recognise the benefits of keeping their employees happy and well!

(Michael has not only completed the Robbins’ “Mastery University” and “Leadership programme” but he also regularly volunteers as a helper with Robbins’ major events in the UK.)
As part of “Staying Alive!”, Michael has spearheaded the launch of the ‘The Wellness Inventory’ – a 5 step wellness programme allowing individuals to assess themselves in 12 key areas of wellness and identify readiness for change - into the UK corporate market.
Rob Langston
Rob Langston’s passion is branding – and the gifted work he’s done with a wide range of clients meant that he was the number one choice when it came to creating a new identity for Quantum!
With a degree in information graphics & technology – and after more than 12 years experience working for large full-service design agencies, Rob set up on his own in the year 2000, launching Mauve Design. Using the latest IT technology - and supported by IT technicians, art workers and other associates - Rob specialises in providing creative design solutions to a broad range of client markets – from business to business through to business to consumer.
Rob has a deep understanding of the power of corporate identity and works with clients to both develop existing brands and create new ones. Annabel Burton is a professional consulting astrologer who – as well as guiding clients worldwide through her highly popular web site – also writes and talks about the ever popular sun sign horoscopes for the print, TV, phone & internet media.

Media officer for the Association of Professional Astrologers International, Annabel’s approach to astrology is a blend of 21st century “hi-tech” combined with applied ancient learning. Annabel – who trained in psychological astrology and client counselling – is also a Reiki Master.

Chris Smith
Chris is an experienced accountant, dealing with sole traders, partnerships and non-audit limited companies - and he brings his wealth of expertise to Quantum members!
Chris gained his Chartered Tax Advisor qualification in 1999 before joining Howard Worth, Cheshire in 2000 - and in 2007, he was made a Partner. He is also a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner.

Darren Jarmin
Since leaving University - having achieved a degree in Business & Information Technology - Darren has worked in a variety of roles within the insurance industry, before choosing to make Towergate Professional Risks his home!

After being at Towergate for the past three years and speaking to therapists on a daily basis, Darren has learned to really understand their needs. He's even gone as far as having a variety of treatments himself in order to better understand just what CAN be achieved using complementary medicine.

Darren is a certified member of the Chartered Insurance Institute and he's happy to answer questions from Quantum members regarding any aspect of insurance - his passion is protecting therapists from the risk of a claim being made againt them! Finally, he's also pledged to keep writing his great, informative articles for the School's resource library (you'll find them in our "Get more clients!" section).
Victoria Shone
Victoria brings a wealth of commercial experience to Quantum through her managerial role with serviced office specialists, Obsidian.
Working with new and expanding SME’s, her passion is helping others achieve their goals while at the same time maintaining their well-being.

Victoria is a Reiki Practitioner and an experienced qualified Crystal Healer and these techniques - together with her natural psychic gifts - enable her to attain impressive results with clients.

An accomplished artist based in Cheshire, with a BA. Ed. Honours Degree, Victoria continues to paint – in any spare time - from her studio at home.

Tia Chakravarty
Tia has a background in the sciences, with a Bachelor of Science, Honours degree and over 14 years experience working for a number of leading companies in New Zealand and UK, specialising in technical management and product development. For more than 15 years she has also widely studied the areas of personal and spiritual development, creativity and intuition.
Choosing to live an inspired life, Tia has lived and worked in 3 countries (UK, New Zealand and Solomon Islands) and has created a successful portfolio career. Her love of people led her to set up her own coaching practice in 2002 and also to work as an Executive and Specialist recruitment consultant.
Passionate about people creating successful lives and businesses, Tia partners them to assist in their re-connection to unique gifts, inner power, passion and purpose, and integrate these into their lives. Tia has a holistic and intuitive approach, which is combined with practical application and good business sense.

Laurie Gordon 
Laurie Gordon has studied and applied personal development and healing technologies for almost twenty years. During this time he has developed a unique understanding of how people create their lives.

He is also passionate about working with nature, and has owned and operated an environmental consultancy practice in New Zealand for the past nine years. This provides the valuable experience of running a successful small business in a niche market, and the understanding of how to create a business that is aligned to life purpose.
His highly developed intuition enables Laurie to work with individuals and groups to create and apply the most appropriate solutions to almost any challenge they face.
